The Swindon SDA is a 309 hectare site which is planned to provide some 4,500 new homes as well as a £15m package for ecology and environment.

Incamedia carried out a recent study on behalf of the lead developer Taylor Woodrow, and its subsidiary Bryant Homes, to examine the feasibility of a carrier-neutral video network to provide TV and data services to all properties on the site.
