Incamedia were consultants to the Notting Hill Housing Group & Genesis Housing Group, working on an  sustainable energy programme for the £450m Choices for Grahame Park regeneration project in Barnet, North London.

This exciting project involves technical measures such as Micro-CHP, PV, Wind and ESCO setup, plus an extensive programme of demand-side management and community participation. The aim is to reduce overall consumption, increase renewable energy use and provide a new model for energy affordability in social housing.

Working with the Choices team, providing a feasibility study and risk analysis for an EU Concerto funding bid and advising on the use of ICT for energy control, community education and participation.
